My commitment as a licensed massage therapist  and esthetician is to provide clients with  customized treatments through massage and skin care to help relieve pain and stress and increase confidence. Also, a licensed physical therapist assistant for over 13 years, I discovered the amazing benefits of massage while treating patients with orthopedic, sports and trauma injuries. I saw the results that therapeutic massage and manual therapy offered, and knew I wanted to combine my knowledge and experience in physical therapy with the art of massage and modalities for effective bodywork, while adding in skin care for that extra boost of confidence and glow. I specialize in sports massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and Thai and therapeutic stretching and combine soothing relaxation techniques and aesthetics services.
A dedicated mother of three beautiful children, I have made Freeport our home for over 10 years. I am grateful to have recently expanded my small business, and along with other dedicated and passionate clinicians, we look forward to providing excellent service to our community.
